Djelic to attend meeting of Danube Strategy national coordinators

Deputy Prime Minister for European Integration Bozidar Djelic will be on an official visit to Budapest on 8-9 May where he will open the exhibition “Applied Nostalgia” and will attend the meeting of national coordinators of the EU strategy for the Danube region.
On 8 May Djelic will open the exhibition of photographs “Applied Nostalgia” together with Serbian Ambassador in Hungary Dejan Sahovic.
The opening will be attended by the authors of the exhibition, Tomas Opic from Hungary and Jovan Marjanov from Serbia, who took photos of Belgrade and Budapest.
The project "Applied Nostalgia” is promoting cultural values of Serbia in Europe and European ideas and values in Serbia. The author of this project is the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister for European Integration, with the support of the European Movement in Serbia and the Serbian Embassy in Hungary and the Hungarian Embassy in Belgrade.
The “Applied Nostalgia Budapest-Belgrade“ will also mark the end of Hungary’s presidency over the EU.
On 9 May Djelic will attend the Joint meeting of national coordinators and coordinators of national areas of the EU strategy for the Danube region.
As a national coordinator for cooperation with the EU in the Danube region, Djelic will address the meeting on behalf of the non-EU countries which took part in the preparation and are now taking part in the implementation of the strategy.
