Serbia’s participation at Davos Forum important

Deputy Prime Minister for EU Integration Bozidar Djelic stated that the World Economic Forum in Davos, taking place from January 29 to 31, is the most important ever since this event is being held as the world is going through a serious economic crisis.
Djelic told today’s issue of the daily Blic that the main topics in Davos are the current situation and the post-crisis world.
The Serbian delegation will for the first time comprise business people, he announced and said that we need to see what measures other countries plan to take so as to improve the package of measures made by the Serbian government.
Our goal is to organise “a regional Davos” in Belgrade within a few years, which is why it is important to bring business people there, Djelic stressed.
