According to a statement issued by the Deputy Prime Minister’s cabinet, global economic trends, IMF institutional reforms, as well as the progress made in achieving the millennium development goals will be examined at the meeting.
During a four day visit, the Serbian delegation will hold several meetings with IMF and World Bank representatives, and the status of approved projects and implementation of Serbia’s new three-year financial programme will be examined.
During his visit to Washington, Djelic will also meet with Swiss Minister of Economic Affairs Doris Leuthard, as well as US economic representatives, concludes the statement.
