Serbia, Montenegro negotiations on dual citizenship October 1

Serbian First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior Ivica Dacic said today that Serbia and Montenegro have exchanged proposal agreements on dual citizenship, and negotiations will begin in Belgrade on October 1.
Dacic said that working groups will then continue to harmonise the agreements, and recalled that negotiations on dual citizenship must be concluded by October 19.
