Serbian Deputy Prime Minister Bozidar Djelic held a meeting with ambassadors of EU countries today and presented them the priorities of Serbia’s European agenda.
Djelic informed the ambassadors about ratification of the Stabilisation and Association Agreement (SAA) and stressed that its implementation opens the EU candidacy perspective for Serbia.
Head of the European Commission Delegation to Serbia Josep Lloveras congratulated Djelic and his associates on SAA ratification.
Djelic expressed expectation that the EU Council of Ministers will unfreeze the implementation of the Transitional Trade Agreement on September 15 and asked for active support from the ambassadors in achieving that goal.
