Following a meeting with Ball Packaging director for Serbia Anthony Barnett, Djelic told the FoNet news agency that the company will at first produce 1.5 billion aluminium lids, adding that 90% of it will be exported, which means Serbia will annually export an additional €35 million worth of goods.
He added that the €25 million investment agreement is very good news which shows that Serbia’s European path attracts investments from all over the world.
