Djelic congratulates Ana Ivanovic on winning Roland Garros

Belgrade, 7 June 2008

Serbian Deputy Prime Minister Bozidar Djelic congratulated Serbian tennis player Ana Ivanovic on a great tennis game at the Roland Garros final and the victory which brought her first ‘grand slam’ tournament.

“With this fantastic victory you have filled the hearts of all Serbian citizens with pride. I congratulate you on becoming the first in the world with your determination, hard work and fair play. We wish you more finals and victories“, reads the Deputy Prime Minister’s letter.
