Kostunica said that Serbia-Montenegro is very interested in improving cooperation with Germany and highlighted the importance of the Business Council, whose goal is to strengthen ties between the two countries.
Staffelt said that Germany will push for Serbia-Montenegro to enter the group of countries with lower investment risk, which will enable greater presence of foreign investors.
Working groups of the Business Council launched a number of projects, such as the projects for training bank employees, deposit insurance, improvement of water quality and distribution system in Zrenjanin, Kikinda and Becej, and the construction of a facility for waste water management in Sabac, said Staffelt.
The Business Council of Germany and Serbia-Montenegro has five working groups responsible for implementing projects in the field of banking and finance, energy, transport, utility services and tourism.
