Serbian Prime Minister Vojislav Kostunica spoke to Boris Tadic, the president of the Democratic Party and the party’s presidential candidate, as part of consultations ahead of the second round of the presidential election, the Office of Media Relations said today.
According to the statement, the talks covered priorities in the state policy, institutional stability in Serbia and the State Union of Serbia and Montenegro, as well as the need to press ahead with the fight against corruption and organised crime.
Kostunica and Tadic also agreed to continue the talks, reads the statement.
