Vojislav Kostunica
Kostunica told Tanjug news agency that the Serbian government presented its opinion on several occasions that there is a full political will and unconditional resolution to complete cooperation with the Hague tribunal.
The Serbian government showed that it is a question of law by forming an action team and passing the Action plan, which have a single goal and that is to locate, arrest and hand over Ratko Mladic and all other indictees to the Hague tribunal, the Serbian Prime Minister said.
We have reiterated on a number of occasions that bringing cooperation with The Hague to an end is primarily in Serbia’s best interest, Kostunica said.
According to the Prime Minister, at the same time Serbia firmly insists that all criminals who committed war crimes against Serbs are brought to justice as soon as possible. He also stressed that unequivocal evidence confirming the crimes have appeared in public on a daily basis.
Yet, we all see that Atif Dudakovic is still at large, which is becoming an unbearable mockery of justice, said Kostunica.
