The Serbian government adopted today a number of amended regulations in the field of agriculture, which are harmonised with the 2023 budget revision.
The amended regulations enable the continuation of the payment of benefits per hectare, premiums for milk and incentives for quality breeding cows, i.e. funds for all public calls that were announced during this year, as well as support measures for confectioners.
Also, RSD 1.6 billion are provided for the clean-up of river watercourses after floods.
The government also passed decisions on awarding monetary prizes to Serbia’s basketball team for winning a gold medal at the FIBA 3x3 Europe Cup 2023, held in Israel, Jerusalem, on 5-7 September this year.
Basketball players Marko Brankovic, Nemanja Barac, Stefan Kojic, Strahinja Stojacic and coach of the men's basketball team Marko Zdero will receive a prize in the amount of €20,000 each in dinar equivalent value.
Government members passed decisions on awarding monetary prizes to the men's basketball team of Serbia for winning the silver medal at the FIBA Basketball World Cup, held in the Republic of the Philippines, Japan and the Republic of Indonesia from 25 August to 10 September this year.
The members of Serbia’s basketball team and their coach Svetislav Pesic received awards in the amount of €25,000 each in dinar equivalent value.
