Upon the entry into force of the new legal solutions, the installation of buyer-producer power will be limited in accordance with similar practice in the European Union and the Energy Community.
The proposed solution aims for the existing buyer-producer model, which includes significant advantages and exemptions in relation to the obligations of other market participants towards system operators, to function within clearly defined capacity limits that are acceptable from the aspect of safety of the power system.
The government adopted the Decision on the establishment of the Council for the Serbian Language, whose task is to monitor and analyse the situation in the area of the use of the Serbian language in public life and the implementation of measures to protect and preserve the Cyrillic alphabet, as the native script, to give recommendations, suggestions and expert opinions for improvement of conditions in the area of the use of the Serbian language in public life.
The government passed the Decree on declaring the Pcinja Valley a landscape of exceptional features and thus ensured the preservation of a unique geomorphologic phenomenon with speleological, biological and aesthetic-environmental characteristics, which is of particularly great scientific and educational importance.
In this area, the narrow meanders and preserved banks of the Pcinja river stand out, and in the central part there is the Prohor Pcinjski monastery, an extremely valuable cultural-historical and construction-architectural complex that gives a specific identity to the wider area and an importance that goes beyond the boundaries of Serbia.
The Decision on financing the purchase of textbooks with funds from the budget of the Republic of Serbia for the school year 2023/2024 was also adopted and that, in the first cycle, for mathematics, Serbian language and literature, i.e. Serbian language/mother tongue, the world around us, science and social studies, and a foreign language as a compulsory subject, and in the second cycle for the subjects mathematics, Serbian language and literature/ mother tongue, first foreign language, geography, history, chemistry, physics and biology.
Government members agreed that the Republic Directorate for Commodity Reserves will deliver up to five thousand litres of Euro diesel, in the total amount of RSD 2,865,000, to the municipalities of Sjenica, Bosilegrad and Trgoviste, in order to eliminate the consequences of the natural disaster.
