Yesterday, Minister of the Interior Bratislav Gasic sent letters of condolences to Minister of Citizen Protection of Greece Panagiotis Theodorikakos and Minister of Climate Crisis and Civil Protection of Greece Hristos Stylianidis, following the grave train accident near Larisa that claimed a large number of human lives.

The news of the unfortunate event deeply shook me and in these difficult moments our thoughts are with the friendly Greek people. The Republic of Serbia and the Serbian people share their grief with their Greek friends, the Minister said.
Also, he expressed his deep condolences to the families of the victims, and his sincere wishes for a speedy recovery to the injured.
