The Regulation primarily covers beneficiaries of the right to cash social assistance and child allowance or increased allowance for assistance and care by another person, as well as households with minimal income.
The obligations of local self-governments to submit data on all energy-dangerous customers who can exercise this right to the energy supplier every month have also been determined.

The government of Serbia adopted the Air Protection Programme in the Republic of Serbia for the period from 2022 to 2030 with an action plan.
This strategic document, which defines measures and activities, represents the tracing of the next steps in the field of environmental protection, and above all air quality, which is one of the priorities of the government of Serbia.
The objectives of the programme will be achieved through the reduction of emissions from various sectors, such as energy, stationary combustion plants, transport, large industrial plants and agriculture, but also with the connection, cooperation and participation of institutions, businesses and citizens.
In addition, the Regulation on limiting the price of basic foodstuffs was adopted and amended, which excludes the possibility of approving non-invoice payments during the sale of T-400 flour, in order to prevent deformations in the formation of the prices of the mentioned product and to affect the protection of the standard of living citizens to the greatest degree possible.
At today's session, a decision was made to extend the temporary ban on the export of Euro diesel EN 590 until 31 December 2022.
