On that occasion, Vucevic assessed that bilateral relations between Serbia and Austria are at a high level, stable and comprehensive, including cooperation in the field of defence.
According to him, Austria is one of the most important partners of our country among countries that are not members of NATO.
Serbia, he added, highly appreciates Austria's support in the process of European integration of the region, as well as rapprochement in the area of the Common Security and Defence Policy of the European Union.
Vucevic assessed extremely positively the continuous contribution that Austria makes to regional stability by engaging in the KFOR mission in Kosovo and Metohija.
The Deputy Prime Minister stated that the progress of bilateral military cooperation between Serbia and Austria is particularly visible in the field of atomic-biological-chemical defence and military education, and that there is room for improving cooperation in other fields as well.
Tanner emphasised the importance of strengthening resilience to crises through the development of interoperability and the improvement of cooperation between the countries of the Graz format.
According to her, the Western Balkans is extremely important for Austria, which advocates for the preservation of peace and stability in the region.
