Serbian Prime Minister Vojislav Kostunica met today with Milos Pavlovic, the only Serbian professional driver licensed to drive in Formula One races.
Kostunica congratulated Milos Pavlovic on his extraordinary successes so far and wished him even better racing results in the future.
He promised that the government will provide all the necessary conditions for enabling young Serbian athletes to achieve even better results in the future and in such a way represent their country in the best possible light.
Milos Pavlovic thanked the government on its support and promised to do his best to become one of the "fabulous 20" in F1 competition, which would represent an exceptional success for Serbia-Montenegro.
As a sign of appreciation for all the support he has received from the Serbian government, Pavlovic presented the Prime Minister his helmet on which he wrote: "To the Prime Minister, for Serbia on position No.1 ".
The other participants in the meeting were head of the Serbian Sports Directorate Aleksandar Sostar and representatives of largest Serbian companies who are members of Pavlovic's pool of sponsors.
