The meeting focused on the political and security situation in the world and the region and the cooperation in the field of defence between the two countries.
Stefanovic and Parly also spoke about the current situation in eastern Europe and stability of the Western Balkans.
They agreed that the bilateral cooperation between Serbia and France is at a high level, but that there is space for its improvement, first and foremost in the field of military and educational, military and economic, and military cooperation.
Parly invited Stefanovic to visit the Eurosatory armaments fair, which is to be held in France in June.
The continuity of high-level visits would also be achieved by a visit of the Chief of the General Staff of the Republic of Serbia to France, it was agreed at the meeting.
