Decree on state aid for improvement of products for fight against COVID-19 adopted

Belgrade, 16 June 2021

At today's session, the government of the Republic of Serbia adopted the Decree on the conditions and criteria for compliance with state aid for research, development and improvement of products and infrastructure necessary for the fight against infectious disease COVID-19.

The government also adopted the Decree on the conditions and criteria for the harmonisation of state aid for rehabilitation and restructuring, which prescribes the conditions and criteria under which market participants who are in difficulty can receive state aid.

The Decree on the conditions and criteria of harmonisation of horizontal state aid was adopted, as well as the Decree on the conditions and criteria of harmonisation of state aid for culture.

The members of the government adopted the Decree on determining the Programme of support to the work of regional innovation start-ups and smart city centres for 2021.

The government decided to establish an e-Consultation portal, as an integral part of the e-government portal, with the aim of enabling the public to participate in a unique and equal way electronically in the process of preparation and adoption of public policy documents and regulations.

At the session, the old centre of Zrenjanin was declared a protected spatial, cultural and historical whole.
