The construction industry will greatly contribute to the survival and economic development of our country, said Mihajlovic and expressed gratitude for the support and cooperation provided by China, which is the embodiment of good relations between the two countries.
The Ambassador agreed with Mihajlovic that everyone who can should work, and also expressed gratitude for Serbia’s help in returning 167 Chinese workers engaged in projects to Serbia, while the arrival of another 100 is expected.
In addition to the construction of a high-speed railway from Belgrade to Budapest, the continuation of construction of the Preljina-Pozega highway and the bypass around Belgrade, they also discussed the conclusion of a commercial contract for the Fruska Gora corridor project, as well as the Belgrade-Nis and Nis-Presevo railway modernisation project.
