At today's session, the government of the Republic of Serbia adopted the Decree on the conditions for issuing property sheets and the water sheet from the Geodetic-Cadastral Information System by notaries and geodetic organisations.
In the future, citizens will no longer have to go to the counter of the Republic Geodetic Authority in person to get a real estate certificate, because the notaries public will perform all real estate transactions.
Also, the Decree specifies that notaries public and geodetic organizations cannot charge a fee for issuing these sheets, except for the fee prescribed by the Law on Republic Administrative Fees, given that the Republic Geodetic Authority establishes and keeps the database of real estate cadastre and line cadastre.
Printing documents from this database is not necessary and should only be an exception to the rule that documents are issued in digital format.
Considering that about 40,000 requests are submitted to the Republic Geodetic Authority in just one month, the application of the Decree will significantly affect the time savings of citizens and employees in the Republic Geodetic Authority.
The government made a decision to declare a natural disaster due to heavy rainfall and overflow of torrents and other watercourses in June 2020, which caused damage to family and public housing and infrastructure facilities.
The government of Serbia has decided to provide appropriate assistance to the citizens as soon as possible and to start repairing the damage to the local infrastructure.
To eliminate the consequences of the flood, the Department for Emergency Situations will send additional quantities of Eurodiesel to the municipalities of Ljubovija, Krupanj, Arilje, Lucani, Osecina and Kosjeric.
