Government determines Bill on games of chance

At today's session, the government of the Republic of Serbia determined the Bill on the games of chance, which harmonises this area with European and international standards, which will create the necessary conditions for the introduction of a more advanced monitoring system. collecting budget revenues more efficiently and reducing the informal economy.

This legislation will also achieve a greater degree of social responsibility for gambling organisers and improve the legal framework for combating money laundering and terrorist financing.

For the treatment of patients with rare diseases, the government has provided funds in the amount of RSD 2,400,000,000 for 2020.

The aforementioned funds will be used for the treatment of patients already undergoing treatment, as well as for medicines intended for patients who start therapy, for which the Republic Expert Committee on Rare Diseases has decided that their treatment is necessary and priority.

At today's session, the Bill amending the Law on Identity Card was established, as well as the Decree on closer conditions and manner of awarding recognition for top contribution to national culture.

At today's session, the decision was made to grant the status of cultural monuments to the State Mortgage Bank in Valjevo, the Church of the Ascension in Zminjak and the Church of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary in Orid.
