Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Interior Nebojsa Stefanovic signed today with Minister of Foreign Affairs of the State of Palestine Riyad Al-Maliki the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Government of the State of Palestine in the field of security cooperation.

This agreement regulates the strengthening of cooperation in the field of fight against organised crime and terrorism, hi-tech crime, drug and human trafficking, as well as cooperation in emergency situations.
Stefanovic thanked Al-Maliki on the support of Palestine to our country regarding the application of the so-called Kosovo for membership in Interpol.
Al-Maliki underscored that Palestine will stick to its principled stance on non-recognition of the unilaterally proclaimed independence of “Kosovo”, according to a statement from the Ministry of the Interior.
