“On behalf of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and on my own behalf, it is my pleasure to extend my heartfelt greetings to You, the clergy, the monks and all Orthodox believers who celebrate Christmas according to the Julian calendar, with a sincere wish that we celebrate Christmas in peace, tranquillity, health and joy with our beloved ones.
Let the holiday of Christ’s birth make our fellowship stronger and make more firm our hope and faith in lasting human values – mutual respect, consideration, forgiveness and understanding of differences.
I believe that tolerance and peace will give us strength to overcome differences that exist among us and to become united in the defence of the fundamental values that are the basis of our society and the state”, reads the greeting card of Minister Dacic.
