The government at today's session adopted a Commercial Agreement for the construction of the E-761 highway, section Pojate-Preljina ("Morava Corridor").
A statement from the Ministry of Construction, Transport and Infrastructure states that the commercial contract will be signed with the consortium "Behtel-Enka", which the government, on the basis of a public invitation, selected as a strategic partner for the implementation of this project.
The Pojate-Preljina highway will be built over a length of 112.3 km and will connect Corridor 10 and the Milos the Great highway, as well as all major cities in central Serbia, including Cacak, Kraljevo, Vrnjacka Banja, Trstenik, Krusevac and Cicevac.
The government established a Bill on the Register of Spatial Units and the Address Register, which will adequately follow the development of modern information technologies.
This legal solution enables the data of the Register of Spatial Units and the Address Register to be used in accordance with the regulations governing the e-administration, that is, within the software solution that enables the use of electronic services available on the Service Bus of the authority through the Single Information and Communication Network of e-administration.
The government adopted a Bill amending the Law on Secondary Education, which regulates more closely the methods of practical training and professional practice, as well as the contents of the contract between schools and the employer, and other issues related to this type of teaching. Graduation requirements for students with disabilities have been further adapted.
At the session, the Law amending the Law on Dual Education was established, which additionally ensures the quality of implementation of this method of education.
The environmental pollution fee, within the prescribed limit values, based on the polluter pays principle, ensures the achievement of the economic goals of legal entities, entrepreneurs and individuals, but covers only a small segment of environmental protection.
The cabinet adopted the Conclusion establishing the basis for conducting negotiations and signing a joint declaration establishing a strategic partnership between the Republic of Serbia and the Republic of Greece.
