The government of the Republic of Serbia at today's session adopted the Bill on Amendments to the Law on Real Estate Brokering and Leasing.
The adoption of these legal solutions will improve the legal framework for detecting, preventing and combating money laundering and terrorist financing and terrorist acts in the field of real estate brokering and leasing.
This ensures a higher level of legal certainty for both business entities and citizens, as well as a higher quality of services by European standards, while the Republic of Serbia thus fulfills its international obligations.
The government of Serbia gave approval to the Republican Pension and Disability Insurance Fund for the payment of financial assistance in the amount of RSD 5,000 to pension beneficiaries, beneficiaries of temporary benefit and disabled children, which is planned for 4 November 2019.
