First Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ivica Dacic met today with French Senator for the French living abroad Hélène Conway-Mouret.
They noted that there is a strong upward trend in relations between Serbia and France, which was especially contributed by the successful visit of French President Emanuel Macron to our country in July this year.
They also expressed mutual readiness to continue to improve cooperation in all areas.
Mouret said that during her stay in Serbia she was convinced that there was a very high degree of readiness for relations between the two countries to develop in different segments.
In particular, she said that the progress made in terms of inter-parliamentary cooperation, European integration and joint participation in peacekeeping missions under the auspices of the UN and the EU significant, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs said in a statement.
