The reception ceremony included the playing of the anthems of the two countries and a military guard of the Serbian Armed Forces.
Medvedev, who arrived in Serbia to mark the 75th anniversary of Belgrade's liberation in World War II, previously attended the demonstration "Freedom 2019" at the Batajnica airport together with Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic.
