In a cordial and friendly conversation, both sides noted the high level of bilateral relations and the concurrence of attitudes regarding the respect for key principles of international law.
The Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Cuba reiterated her country’s strong support to the preservation of the territorial integrity and sovereignty of the Republic of Serbia.
Dacic expressed his appreciation for this position and at the same time expressed support for Cuba's efforts to lift the economic and trade embargo imposed on that country.
Both sides expressed readiness for further development of cooperation in a number of areas of common interest.
