"I was very saddened and deeply shocked by the news of the armed attacks that took place over the weekend in the states of Ohio and Texas and the large number of casualties and injuries sustained in this unreasonable and inhumane act.
Let me on this tragic occasion, on my own behalf and on behalf of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Serbia, extend my deepest condolences to you and to all citizens of the United States of America, as well as express sincere sympathy with the families of the victims," the telegram states.
