In particular, the officials focused on cooperation on the project of construction of the high-speed line from Belgrade to Budapest, as well as in the field of production and supply of vehicles and railway equipment.
Mihajlovic stressed that the reconstruction of the Belgrade-Budapest expressway is a strategically important project for both Serbia and the region.
Cilang noted that infrastructure is one of the pillars of the country's economic development and that Serbia has an excellent position at the intersection between Europe and Asia.
Serbia and China have traditionally friendly relations but also developed a strategic partnership. Your geographical location provides an excellent link between east and west, and building a high-speed line from Belgrade to Budapest will greatly contribute to this, he said.
According to Cilang, CRRC is interested in cooperation, especially in the field of production and supply of railway equipment, locomotives and wagons.
