Support of Italy to European integration of Serbia

First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Ivica Dacic held a bilateral meeting with Italian Minister of Foreign Affairs Enzo Moavero Milanesi in Split on the sidelines of the Ministerial Meeting of the Central European Initiative.

The officials exchanged views on the bilateral relations and the process of Serbia's Eurointegration.
Also, the quality of the existing political relations between the two countries has been confirmed, as well as a strong interest in their further improvement, including the continuation of the dynamics in the holding of joint sessions of the governments of the two countries.
Dacic invited the Italian Foreign Minister to visit Serbia as soon as possible.
Also, the officials reiterated Italy's support for Serbia's integration into the EU, according to a statement from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
