Air transport agreement with Canada signed

First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Ivica Dacic met today with Canadian Prime Minister’s special envoy for Europe and the European Union and Canada’s former Foreign Minister Ambassador Stephane Dion.

During the meeting, the two officials signed the Air Transport Agreement, which is a very important step in further linking the two countries and their citizens.
Both sides expressed satisfaction over the improvement of bilateral relations in recent years, primarily through revitalised political dialogue at a high level and the development of economic cooperation through the significant presence of Canadian investments in the Serbian economy.
