What is needed is that everything agreed is carried out without additional conditioning and that solutions for all outstanding issues can be solved exclusively through dialogue, Dacic repeated, stating that the situation in Kosovo is still unstable and that the international presence is still more than necessary.
He criticised the members of the UN Security Council asking for a change in the form in which sessions on Kosovo are held, with the assessment that efforts to reduce UNMIK and its budget, change its mandate etc. "do not in any way contribute to creating a favorable climate for achieving these goals".
