First Deputy Prime Ministerand Foreign Minister Ivica Dacic spoke today with Richard Haass, the President of the Council on Foreign Relations, one of the most eminent American tinker tanks, which since its establishment in 1921 gathers the most influential names of political, business, media and academic circles of the United States.
The Foreign Affairs Council is a publisher of the magazine "Foreign Affairs", the world's most prestigious journal for international relations.
Dacic pointed out the commitment of the Republic of Serbia in achieving regional peace and stability.
He emphasised that in this light, the support of the United States is also important and expressed the interest of Serbia to further develop the positive dynamics of bilateral relations in the future.
He emphasised that the United States shares Serbia's interest in regional stability and in this context supports dialogue as a way to resolve all open issues, according to a statement from the Foreign Ministry.
