Traditionally friendly relations between Serbia, Cuba

First Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ivica Dacic received today the first visit of the newly-appointed Ambassador of the Republic of Cuba to the Republic of Serbia Gustavo Trista del Todo.
In a cordial conversation, a high level of traditionally friendly bilateral relations was noted, which recently received a significant boost for the Republic of Cuba's development in the fields of agriculture, biotechnology and genetic engineering, tourism, culture, as well as cooperation between the capitals, by the President of the Republic of Serbia Aleksandar Vucic.
Cooperation in the field of health has been especially emphasised, bearing in mind that during this visit an Agreement on cooperation in the field of medicines and medical devices was signed, and in that context an agreement was reached on further joint work on the improvement of the contractual framework of bilateral cooperation.
During the meeting, gratitude was given to the Cuban side for continued support to the sovereignty and territorial integrity of the Republic of Serbia.
