Relations between Serbia, Argentina traditionally friendly

First Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ivica Dacic and Ambassador of the Republic of Argentina to Serbia Riccardo Fernandez talked today about Dacic's upcoming visit to that country, pointing to a mutual interest in promoting bilateral cooperation.

The officials expressed mutual satisfaction with the visit of Dacic to Argentina, on the occasion of the opening of the Republic of Serbia Square in Buenos Aires on 22 November this year, which, following the opening of the Argentina Park in Belgrade in October this year, is another confirmation of the friendly relations of the two countries.
On our side, we pointed out the interest for further improvement of the political dialogue and comprehensive cooperation with Argentina.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs said in a statement that while in Argentina, the minister will be received by Argentina's Vice President Gabriela Michetti, and the country's foreign minister, Jorge Marcel Faurie.
During these meetings, an agreement between the Republic of Serbia and the Republic of Argentina on trade and economic cooperation will be signed.
