At a joint press conference with Dacic, Embalo said he had never seen any papers on the recognition of Kosovo, confirming that Guinea Bissau supports the territorial integrity and sovereignty of Serbia.
Dacic said that he wanted the public to hear from the Prime Minister of Guinea Bissau that this country did not recognise Kosovo's independence, which speaks against Pristina’s list of countries that regognised Kosovo.
Dacic pointed out that there are major differences in Pristina's understanding of this binding document, and what the EU's position is status neutral.
I am sure that there will be pressures for recognition of Kosovo, it is not easy, but our position is clear - we are open for dialogue, but not for unilateral decisions, said Dacic, adding that Serbia will never recognise Kosovo.
