Continuation of strategic cooperation with China in several areas

Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Construction, Transport and Infrastructure Zorana Mihajlovic and Director of the Development Research Centre of the State Council for Development of the People's Republic of China Zhang Xunkuo, today discussed the continuation of successful cooperation between the two countries in the field of infrastructure projects.
During the meeting held in Belgrade, the officials exchanged views on ways to deepen cooperation in the field of agriculture, tourism and information technologies.
Mihajlovic pointed out that all projects jointly carried out by the two countries in the field of infrastructure and transport show that this cooperation and friendship are getting better every year.
Serbia is recognised as the centre of infrastructure in the initiative "16 plus 1" and we expect that in the near future to organise a meeting of line ministers in Belgrade in order to discuss new projects, she stressed.
Zhang said that the most developed cooperation in the field of infrastructure, and the desire is that in other fields, such as agriculture, tourism and information technology, the relationship is further deepened.
