Great importance of friendly relations with Spain

First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Ivica Dacic today talked with Mayor Zaragoza Pedro Santisteve Roche about enhancing cooperation in the field of economy, culture and sport, emphasising the importance of good relations between Serbia and Spain.
Dacic assessed that relations between the two countries are excellent and friendly, and stressed the importance of mutual support in the protection of territorial integrity and respect for the principles of international law.
The officials noted that the opening of the honorary consulate will further improve the cooperation between Zaragoza and Aragon with Serbia.
During his conversation, Roche presented Dacic the potentials of Zaragoza and the intentions of cooperation with Serbia.
The ceremony on the occasion of the opening of the Consulate, led by Honorary Consul Juan Carlos Trillo Baigorri, will take place today at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Zaragoza, when Dacic will sign the honorary book of the Chamber.
