New page in relations with Vietnam

First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Ivica Dacic and Prime Minister of Vietnam Nguyen Xuan Phuc assessed today that comprehensive bilateral relations between the two nations and two countries are developing to mutual satisfaction.
The Prime Minister of Vietnam underlined that the visit of Ivica Dacic opens a new page for the improvement of political and economic relations between Serbia and Vietnam, and particularly highlighted the potential that both countries have to boost trade, as well as to develop technologies for modernizing production capacities.
Dacic and Phuc pointed to the importance of exchanging economic delegations, presenting potentials at fairs, and organizing business forums as the basis for further development of economic relations between Serbia and Vietnam.
Phuc confirmed his country's strong support to Serbia's territorial integrity and principles of respect for international law.
The two officials also pointed to the importance of mutual support in international organizations.
