Dacic pointed out that in the first six months of this year Serbia and Moldova had a trade exchange of only €8 million and that it could be significantly higher.
Dacic noted that Serbia and Moldova should sign a series of interstate agreements, but also that a bilateral meeting of the prime ministers of the two countries has not taken place yet if international conferences and conferences are excluded.
He also stated that Serbia is very interested that the presidents of the two countries meet.
Each country has the distinctiveness of its geo-strategic position, and we should exchange experiences in the field of administrative and public administration reform, Dacic explained.
Dacic added that tonight he and his colleague from Moldova will watch football match of Serbia and Moldova at the Partizan stadium.
Galbur thanked Dacic for the invitation to come to a working visit and for hospitality.

We need to have more cooperation, not only to develop our political dialogue, but also to have better trade cooperation and between the business communities. We also discussed the European agenda and regional issues and the ways in which we will cooperate. I confirmed to my Serbian counterpart that the implementation of the accession treaties that we signed with the EU remains the number one priority of both the Government and the Parliament and we are committed to meeting all our obligations, the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Moldova said.
Galbur stated that Moldova can cooperate with Serbia also in the fight against corruption, the digital agenda, electronic administration, education, and the like.
We also discussed the conflict process in Transnistria and stressed the need for comprehensive solutions that would respect the territorial integrity of Moldova. We believe that the principles of international law are the basis of bilateral relations between our countries and in this context, we reiterated Moldova's position in terms of supporting the territorial integrity of Serbia in accordance with UN Security Council Resolution 1244, Galbur highlighted.
He pointed out that both Moldova and Serbia should have good relations with the West, but also with Russia, and that they do not have to choose either side.
We are a peaceful nation and we will certainly benefit from strong relations with the West and East, he stressed, adding that the two countries should have free trade with both the EU and Russia.
