Condolelences on flood victims in Vietnam

First Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ivica Dacic sent a telegram of condolences to Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam Pham Bình Minh, over the loss of human lives in torrential floods that hit the four northern provinces of that country.
"On behalf of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Serbia, and on my behalf, I express my deepest sympathy for the families who lost their loved ones in the floods that hit your country.
Despite the distance of our countries, I remind you that you have a traditionally honest friend in Serbia, ready to help as much as we can," the telegram of condolence says.
