Further improvement of bilateral relations with Angola

First Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ivica Dacic received today on a farewell visit outgoing Ambassador of Angola to Serbia Joze Joao Manuel and thanked him for the contribution he has given to the development of bilateral relations.

Dacic expressed his belief that his successor will continue activities to enhance the cooperation of the two countries in all areas of mutual interest.
He stressed that the relations between the two countries are marked by traditional friendship, and expressed gratitude to Angola for supporting the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Serbia.
The officials expressed mutual interest for further improvement of bilateral relations through exchange of visits at all levels and strengthening of economic and other forms of cooperation.
Dacic told the Ambassador that he will always be welcome in Serbia as a friend, and he wished him a lot of success in further work.
Manuel expressed his gratitude for the excellent cooperation, and stressed that Angola will always be a friend to Serbia, just as Serbia has always supported Angola in difficult moments.
