Transport link condition for progress of Balkans

Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Construction, Transport and Infrastructure Zorana Mihajlovic met in Trieste with European Transport Commissioner Violeta Bulc to discuss the Agreement on the Transport Community of the Western Balkans.

At the meeting, there spoke about all infrastructure projects that Serbia and the EU are implementing together, and one of the topics was also the issue of the seat of the Transport Community for the Western Balkans, for which Serbia is very interested.
Mihajlovic expressed gratitude to Bulc, stressing that the mentioned agreement is of great importance for Serbia because it enables us to create a unique transport market so that Serbia and all the countries of the Western Balkans develop.
Bulc emphasised the role of Serbia in forming the Transport Community and all that it did for signing the document.
