Strengthening bilateral cooperation between Serbia, Georgia

Acting Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ivica Dacic welcomed Georgian Foreign Minister Mihailo Janelidze this morning.

Dacic thanked the Foreign Minister of Georgia for his arrival at the official ceremony of the inauguration of the President of the Republic of Serbia Aleksandar Vucic.
The officials discussed European integration, improving political relations and intensifying economic and tourist cooperation.
When it comes to bilateral relations, the officials jointly assessed that Serbia and Georgia are friendly countries and that there is a mutual desire to develop relations between the two nations, and to make cooperation in all spheres more active.
The officials noted that there are many possibilities for strengthening bilateral cooperation between Serbia and Georgia, especially economic ones, and that, in this regard, incentives should be given to the businessmen of the two countries.
