Dacic to attend ministerial meeting of Council of Europe

First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Ivica Dacic will attend the 127th ministerial meeting of the Council of Europe, organised by chairmanship of Cyprus of the Committee of Ministers in Nicosia on 18-19 May.
The main theme of this year's ministerial meeting is the strengthening of democratic security in Europe, and other topics that will be discussed will be the fight against terrorism, migration, the policy of the Council of Europe towards neighbouring regions and cooperation with the EU.
On the sidelines of the ministerial meeting Dacic will have a series of bilateral meetings with foreign ministers of member states and officials of the Organisation.
The Czech Republic will take over the chairmanship of the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe, reads a statement by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
