First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Ivica Dacic and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg Jean Asselborn agreed today that bilateral relations between the two countries are good and that there is room for their development and improvement.

Dacic and Asselborn underlined that there is a common interest in further deepening of all forms of bilateral cooperation, especially in the field of the economy.
The First Deputy Prime Minister expressed gratitude for the continued support of Luxembourg to the European integration process of Serbia and voiced hope that it will continue.
Asselborn evaluated positively the continuation of comprehensive reforms implemented by the Serbian government and confirmed the readiness of Luxembourg to continue support to the European integration of Serbia.
The two officials also exchanged opinions regarding the current issues in the region and the EU, the migrant crisis and other international topics, according to a statement by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
