First plane of Turkish company "AtlasGlobal" lands in Belgrade

Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Trade, Tourism and Telecommunications Rasim Ljajic welcomed this evening the first aircraft of the Turkish airline "AtlasGlobal", which will continue to fly on the return regular flight from Belgrade to Istanbul.

Over the past year 136 new Turkish companies were registered in Serbia, which is more than in the previous five years, said Ljajic, pointing out that since the beginning of the year 23 new companies from Turkey are registered in Serbia.
According to Ljajic, trade with Turkey reached €850 million, reflecting the large economic interests, strengthening trade and many opportunities in the future.
Bilgic welcomed the Turkish air carrier and expressed the hope that this line will help increase the number of tourists, and at the same time pointed out that Turkish entrepreneurs want to invest in all parts of Serbia.
