Improvement of bilateral relations with Iran

First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Ivica Dacic spoke today with President of the Committee on National Security and Foreign Policy of the Islamic parliament Alaeddin Boroujerdi, who is on a visit to Serbia.

Dacic said on this occasion that the overall relations between Serbia and Iran are very good, as confirmed by this visit, which is a continuation of cooperation between the parliaments of the two countries.
The First Deputy Prime Minister expressed special gratitude to Iran for its support to the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Serbia.
Both sides expressed great interest in further strengthening of bilateral relations through exchange of visits at all levels, but also economic and all other forms of cooperation.
Boroujerdi is on a visit to Serbia at the invitation of President of the Foreign Affairs Committee of the Serbian parliament Zarko Obradovic, according to a statement by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
