Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Trade, Tourism and Telecommunications Rasim Ljajic met today with Ambassador of Hungary to Serbia Attila Pinter to discuss concrete steps to promote cooperation in the field of tourism between the two countries.
Ljajic and Pinter reached an agreement that it is necessary to create a joint tourist product of Serbia and Hungary, primarily for the Chinese and overseas markets and offer guests from these countries several programmes for visits to Serbian and Hungarian tourist destinations.
To this end, a working group composed of representatives from relevant ministries, tourist organisations and the tourist industry of the two countries will soon be formed to make a joint offer of the Serbian and Hungarian programme for third markets.
It is expected that the joint offer of the Serbian and Hungarian programme will be established by June.
